Joins the family business, Residori S.r.l., a residential construction company, and builds up valuable experience in the field. As a technical supervisor, he oversees construction sites and addresses issues in daily operations.
CORDIOLI & C. S.P.A.
Joins Cordioli & C. S.p.A. as a bridge project manager, in charge of the construction of a railway bridge in France, where he gains valuable experience in project planning, construction and on-site installation.
COS.ME S.R.L.
Joins Cos.me S.r.l as bridge technical manager in charge of high-speed railway bridge construction projects and managing the construction of numerous bridges in France, Luxembourg and North Africa.
WORKS AS STEEL PROJECT MANAGER
Works as steel project manager at Società Italiana per Condotte d’Acqua SpA, where he handles the supply and assembly of metal bridges in Italy and Algeria.
PLAYS A KEY ROLE
Plays a key role in the construction of the Macao Bridge in Hong Kong and the Third Bosphorus Bridge in Istanbul, which attests to his skill at managing large-scale projects.

Works as contract bridge manager for Matiere SAS, contributing to projects such as the South Soudan Bridge.
THE MMD STEEL COMPANY IS BORN
Stefano founded his company in Singapore and undertook several major projects, including the construction of the Las Vegas Stadium.
